Vitality, or V-Church, is about Life. Its purpose is to help teens and young adults not just survive life in high school and college, but to thrive. At a time when many young Christians struggle to live their faith, and even struggle with their faith, we want to provide a place of encouragement and love. The most important thing for young Christians is to know that they are not alone. V-Church offers a place of love, acceptance and support, as well as discipleship and teachings relevant to the lives of young people.

V-Church is based on the words of Jesus in John 14:6, that Jesus is Life.

• Learn how to live it - The most important thing we can do in our lives is live it with Jesus.
• Learn how to give it - The second most important thing we can do is share Jesus with others.
• It's all about Life - Jesus is Life. V-Church is all about Jesus. So is Life.

While V-Church is a predominately Christian group, it is open to all teens and young adults, from 7th grade to 25 years old. No matter where you might be on your walk with Jesus, even if you haven't even taken your first step, there's a place for you here.

V-Church meets Friday nights from 6:30-8:30.
